2025 - First Fresheners will be bred to the Nigerian. or Myotonic .
*2 Day old bottle babies of the above crosses will be available $50 each or 4 for $175. 1st come; 1st served. No registration will be offered on these kids.
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PRE-RESERVATIONS ON DOE KIDS.
If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for Doe kids, please email us with your Dam preference(s).
1. Orders will be filled on a 1st come 1st served basis.
2. You will have 48 hours to respond once you have been contacted that a doe kid is available.
3. After agreeing to the purchase, you have 24 hours to send a $100 non refundable* deposit via Venmo/PayPal.
Failure to do so will forfeit your confirmed reservation.
4. All kids must be picked up no later than 30 days old. A $10 per day boarding fee will be added after day 30.
5. All kids must be paid in full before leaving. No checks accepted within 7 days of pickup date.
6. We will pay the ADGA Registration and Transfer fee once the animal is paid in full & picked up.
We will also pay for any DNA on buck kids purchased.
BUCK KIDS NOT PRE-RESERVED WILL BE WETHERED AT DISBUDDING.
To reserve a buck kid, please choose a 1st or 2nd choice from a doe.

KEACH MANOR KID BUYER INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Keach Manor will provide our kid buyers the following once proof* is provided and the Incentive Program Form is sent in:
ADGA/MDGA Show Wins (limited to 3 awards lifetime max per animal) - $50 Grand, $25 Reserve, $50 Best in Show
ADGA/MDGA Milk Star - $25, one time award per animal
ADGA Top 10 Milk Record - $25, available annually per animal
ADGA Top 10 placing at National Show - $25 available annually per animal
Linear Appraisal Score of 85 and above - $25 available annually per animal
*Proof must be an ADGA official show win report or a photo of the completed ROA. Milk records from ADGA/DHIR lab.

NOTE: BUYER MUST FILL OUT THE FORM AND CONTACT KEACH MANOR FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING WITHIN THE SAME CALENDER YEAR THE AWARD WAS EARNED. AWARDS WILL BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECIEVING THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM FORM.
Only 1 form will be accepted per animal each calendar year. If you are not done showing, milk test, etc please wait until you are before submitting your Incentive Program Form for payment. All forms must be POSTMARKED by Dec 31st of the year the award(s) were earned.
This incentive can be transferred to a new buyer with a copy of the ADGA/MDGA registration papers sent to Keach Manor with the completed new buyer listed as owner. All the listed requirements still apply.
PROGRAM WILL RUN JANUARY 1ST, 2024 THRU DECEMEBER 31ST, 2028 and might be extended further.

Rules for AI Offspring: Kids must be AI Sired by a Keach Manor buck. Kids must be DNA Typed and Sire Verified thru ADGA.
All other above noted requirements and/or qualifications still apply.
